No. Plans are based on call volume, not headcount. Bring the whole team.

What counts as a “call analyzed”?

Each unique Gong call processed in an analysis run, in a billing month. Re-running an analysis on the same call within the month doesn’t double-count.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 30 days or 100 calls, your workspace enters a read-only grace period for 30 days — you can view past reports but not run new analyses. If you upgrade during the grace period, everything continues seamlessly. After the grace period, your workspace data is cleared.

Yes — anytime, in either direction, prorated. No annual lock-in unless you want one (Enterprise customers usually do).

What happens if I exceed my plan?

We don’t cut you off mid-analysis. You’ll get a heads-up, and you can either upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.

Is my call data secure?

Yes. We don’t train on your data, don’t share it, and don’t use it for anything outside your own analyses. Encryption in transit and at rest. Full DPA available on request.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Self-serve cancellation. No “talk to retention” loops.
