Upload your interviews. Then just ask.
Bring your own win/loss interviews and call notes, and chat with the whole set in plain English. Every answer is pulled from the transcripts you uploaded — private to your workspace, and traceable to the source.
A conversation with your research.
You already have the qualitative material — interview transcripts, notes from discovery, churn debriefs. The hard part is asking questions across all of it without rereading every file.
Ask Anything turns that pile into a corpus you can talk to. Drop in your documents and Discera ingests them into a private, workspace-scoped index. Then you ask — and keep asking. It’s multi-turn, so you can follow a thread, narrow it down, or pull exact quotes.
The retrieval is bound to your workspace and the specific upload set, so an answer never leaks in from another set or another tenant. What you uploaded is what it reads.
Real questions, across every transcript.
- 01What were the top three reasons buyers chose us over the alternative?
- 02Summarize every concern about onboarding across these interviews.
- 03Which feature requests came up more than once, and who asked?
- 04Where did pricing come up, and what exactly did people say?
- 05Pull the strongest quotes about our support experience.
- 06What objections did the churned accounts share in common?
Upload, ingest, ask.
- 01
Upload your transcripts
Drop in .txt, .md, .docx, or .pdf — win/loss interviews, call notes, research sessions. Up to 25 files per set. This is your own material, not Gong.
- 02
Discera ingests the set
Each document is parsed, chunked, and embedded into a private corpus scoped to your workspace and that upload set. No Gong connection required.
- 03
Chat with the whole set
Ask in plain English and keep the conversation going. Every answer is retrieved from the transcripts you uploaded and cites what it found.
Private by design, grounded by default.
- Your files
.txt, .md, .docx, .pdf — the interviews and notes you already have, not just recorded calls.
- Workspace-scoped
Search is isolated to your workspace and the specific upload set. It never reaches across sets or tenants.
- Multi-turn
Not one-shot. Follow up, narrow down, and compare — a real conversation with your research.
- Grounded
Answers come from the actual chunks of your documents, so you can trace every claim to its source.
Frequently asked.
Do I need Gong to use this?
No. Ask Anything works on transcripts you upload yourself — win/loss interviews, call notes, research sessions. It's separate from the Gong-sourced analysis surfaces.
What file types can I upload?
Plain text, Markdown, Word (.docx), and PDF. You can add up to 25 files per upload set, with a per-file size limit.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Each upload set is ingested into a corpus scoped to your workspace, and the chat search is bound to that set. It is never searched across other sets or other workspaces.
How is this different from running an analysis?
An analysis produces a one-shot structured report. Ask Anything is a multi-turn conversation — you keep asking and refining against the same set of documents.
Where do the answers come from?
From the chunks of your uploaded documents that best match your question. The assistant retrieves and reasons over those, rather than answering from general knowledge.
Stop rereading interviews. Just ask them.
Upload your own win/loss interviews and notes, then chat with the whole set — private to your workspace and free to try.
