Which integration is required?
Gong is the core source for call analysis. HubSpot is optional but unlocks deal-aware segmentation, and Slack is optional delivery. You can start with Gong alone and add the others later.
Does Discera write to my Gong or HubSpot?
No. Both connections are read-only. Discera analyzes the data and stores its results in your workspace — it never modifies your systems of record.
Can I connect by OAuth or by token?
Both. Gong supports OAuth or access-key/secret-key, HubSpot supports OAuth or a private-app token, and Slack supports OAuth or a manual incoming webhook. Each integration page covers the specifics.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. Connections are managed per workspace under Settings, and you can reconnect or remove any of them at any time.
